The PelviTouch therapy is performed through the Dr. ARNOLD device, selectively stimulating the pelvic floor muscles by means of contractions or selective non-voluntary relaxation to improve urinary incontinence, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, cystitides, erectile dysfunction and fecal incontinence.

The stimulation is generated by homogenous-profile electromagnetic fields (TOP FMS -  TOP FLAT MAGNETIC STIMULATION) optimized for pelvic floor muscles stimulation.
Through the PelviTouch therapy, Dr. ARNOLD interacts with neuromuscular tissue with personalized protocols, intervening on both hypotonic tissue (inducing intense, involuntary and otherwise unreachable contractions – which stimulate the pelvic floor muscles in depth, both on hypertone (aiming at muscle inhibition and discomfort reduction).

The clinical result of the Dr. ARNOLD device is higher awareness of pubococcygeus muscle function and an increase in pelvic floor tone through the rehabilitation of perineal muscles. Patients are treated while seated and completely dressed, and the treatment can be combined with other pharmacological or physical therapies.
